Our team have visited many of the resorts featured and can give you very specific details of what to expect when you get there, what to avoid and most importantly what you must do and see. If you are unsure what you really need, give us a call and we will ensure that your needs are fully met.
This level of personal service is driven by our founder Sam, (Samantha is her Sunday name) who has been there, done it and worn out several t-shirts in the process. Sam knows how it should be done and it is her philosophy of complete customer service that makes the Ski Sun Holiday experience so much more satisfying.
Here is a special message and a personal commitment from Sam to all of our customers.
“Hi and welcome to the Ski Sun Holidays organisation. To better understand why I feel so dedicated to providing the best service to our customers, I must first give you some personal history.
‘From the age of four I was involved in Gymnastics at a very high level and, with my parents, travelled all over the world for 14 years to many, many countries. I loved the whole thing, the competing, the camaraderie, but most of all I discovered that I had an insatiable love for travel.
I have worked in leisure, sports and sales related jobs all of my adult life, but I think I have now found the perfect niche for me to excel in – I really love what I now do.
Life and family intervened for a short time, but about ten years ago I discovered the joys of ski-ing, and begin travelling both as a leisure skier and also as a ski-race Mum, travelling extensively to race events throughout Europe with my ski-racer son Adam I found that my life experiences had given me a natural skill for organising, and soon I was booking ski parties of up to 60 people, handling all of the admin including flights, transfers, insurance, accommodation, ski passes, ski school and ski rentals! I also have a 5 year daughter Anna who seems to be following in her brother’s footsteps.
My specialist area is Europe, catering to the whole market spectrum from budget to luxury and I have personal contact with all of the owners to ensure full customer satisfaction.
I am also involved with ACDAC ski academy based in Ramsau, Austria – I organise the British athletes’ full season program and make the relevant bookings for them.
I am very thorough and take time in my research into the best accommodation and holiday for individuals – I really try my hardest to match the clients’ needs as closely as possible.
One thing I did find was that many of the European Ski Resorts are absolutely stunning in the summer – hence Ski Sun Holidays – and can provide an exceptional activity-filled Summer Holiday.
